 Game is not plugged in, not turned on, or the outlet that the machine is plugged into does not have power Plug the game in to a live 110 Volt source and turn game on

 Bad data may exist in Dallas 1231K SRAM chip Reset memory, see HOW TO CLEAR RAM instructions on MOTHERBOARD DIAGRAM webpage, or consult instruction manual

Check all cable connections and reset game
